This hotel is in a great location right by the Duomo and in walking distance of all the other sights of Florence. The hotel staff were very friendly, efficient and informative, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the breakfast set us up for the day ahead. It can be a bit noisy but after walking round Florence all day it did not affect my nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in late September. The hotel has an excellent location, just a half block from the Doumo, and central to all the major Florence sites. Our room was nice size, nicely decorated. If travelling in the summer, be sure to ask for air-conditioning, otherwise the traffic noise from an open window is too much. The bathroom was fine, nothing special, not much counter space, but adequate. The breakfast was better than some places - meats, cheese, cereal, rolls, juice and coffee. All in all, I think I would stay here again; don't expect luxury, rather just a nice place with an excellent location.
