This is a beautiful bed-and-breakfast not far from all of Florences top attractions. Our room was very nice and everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good and the barista made us a cappuccino and he said it was the best in Rome. He was right, it was the best we had! The staff was helpful and kind. They even gave us a bottle of wine upon departure! We would recommend staying here to anyone!

Beautiful Hotel with great staff. Cesare, Samuela, Rafaela, Alda, Guta, Adriana and Emilia, thank you for making us feel at home in Florence. Hotel room was spacious, very comfortable, very clean and easy to get to. Breakfast was great. Location was great with 3 sights on the same street and within walking distance; House of Bunoroti (Michelangelo's nephew), Museo Borgello and Palazzo Vechio. Although we tend to get lost easily, the hotel was greatly situated within walking distance to the Duomo and other attractions. The staff made us feel like old friends and made the BB our home away from home. Had a wonderful 7 days in Florence and hated to leave. Again thank you Casa di Morfeo!

Overall, a beautiful and clean place. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The only reservation we had about it was the location.

We stayed for 3 nights in October. We arrived by train, and it was relatively easy to find although the directions from the website weren't helpful at all. The walk from the train station, estimated at 20 min by their directions, seemed longer than that. The staff's estimations of distance, like telling us it would take only 5-7 minutes to the Duomo, always seemed underestimates. For reference, we are young travelers who are fairly fast walkers, and we're used to walking being a given part of travel in historic cities like this. We saw major sights such as the Duomo, market, Uffizi, Accademia. We knew it wasn't right in the old city, but even so we were surprised, and the walk back to the hotel always seemed longer than we expected.

That said, everything else about the hotel was beyond criticism. It was stylish and beautiful, and looked exactly like the photos from the website. The room was clean and quiet. The street which the hotel is on is quiet and we had no difficulty with noise. The bathroom was very clean. Staff were incredibly kind. They really, really went out of their way to help us with anything we needed, including making reservations at museums and restaurants. They welcomed us with refreshments when we checked in, and packaged a huge breakfast for us when we had to catch an early morning flight out. Breakfasts were elaborate, with good selections of pastries, savory sandwiches, juices, yogurts, fresh fruit, and hot drinks to order.

Wifi: free to use, and decent. We could web surf and check email without difficulty, but skype was limited to voice only as video seemed to cause it to crash. From our limited experiences at other hotels this was a common problem, not just here.

Overall, the location is the only thing which would make me hesitate to stay here again. It might not seem far from Santa Croce Church, but the other main sights seemed far. Otherwise we liked the style, cleanliness, and especially the staff.

Very, very, very nice people and service.
Very friendly, proactive, and ready to help for everithing you can ask. Also they are well informed about tours, restaurants, market prices and all activities are happening in towns.
The room was completly clean and nice decorated, well organized and quite big for a 3 stars hotel. Much bigger then the normal 4 Start in UK, or Sweeden.
We had fruits, cofee, tea, water from the hotel, free of charge, and more then this they gifted us when we left.

Should I say was the best cofee in my life, at the breakfast ?! :)

The hotel is in the middle of the road btw Ponte Vechio & Santa Croce church and Dome, so good location as well.

Once again Really worm and kind people, I felt like they were our friends.
