Only stayed here the one night - a dramatic change from the noise of Milan. The staff helped with our suit cases when arriving and when we left. We loved the ability to keep windows open without any noise from outside - oh, yes there was - the cooing pigeons on the outside roof. Lovely!!
Nice basic breakfast in the morning.
Only suggestion to the hotel would be to perhaps consider putting up a diagram on their webpage as to how to get to the hotel from train station as we did get lost initially. Once you have walked it once it is very easy - but coming out of the train station for the first time you are left wondering which direction you should head. The tourist office helped us out with a map and we were soon heading in the right direction.
