Went with four friends for a gastronomic weekend in Firenze. We stayed two nights in a comfortable suite and were very happy about the location: it took just 8-10 minutes walk to get to the Uffizi Gallery and 2 minutes to the railway station of Santa Maria Novella.
Service was very kind and supportive at the reception, a bit less shiny at the breakfast buffet.
Room temperature was difficult to set so that the upper level of the suite kept being very warm during the night.
The hotel faces a beautiful place: be aware that a room with view on this place can expose you to unwanted, unavoidable noises. In our case, a worker loudly loading and unloading hotel laundry in his truck right below our windows woke us up on Saturday morning at 06:15.
Free WiFi access is provided to hotel guests in all hotel rooms and in the restaurant. Ask for it at the reception.
