I was so excited by the amount of statues in the plaza. The most famous one is the rape of Sabine women. I suggest that you do not go the restaurant near this place.

The most beautiful palace ive ever yet seen...there isnt an inch that is not covered in the most beautiful fresco, sculpture, embroidery, painting or anything royal and Renaissance luxuriant...a definite must visit...such a beautiful place...perfect!!
Historic building inside and out and a lovely place to visit, very busy but plenty of room to take in the sights and appreciate the history.
Worth the trip up to the top of tower for the views and it has the best view in the city of the cathedral.
