We just got back from the Chianti wine tour. It was fantastic. Wineries were great and Todd was fantastic. We would highly recommend.

The day started on time, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile! Todd was extremely knowledgeable but still very down to earth.

We had a GREAT time, he kept us entertain the whole time(and with my loud bunch sometimes that can be a challenge), the lunch and wines where to died for! Along with having fun we learned a lot and look forward to doing this again.

I know any time we come any where near Tuscany we will stopping by to see Todd!

Our group of four did the Chianti tour with Todd Bolton of Tuscan Trails and two others on 8/21/10. The tour was fantastic in all aspects, including the history of the first winery (Castello del Trebbio) as related by Todd, a native Californian living in Florence. The wine and olive oil was excellent at both wineries and the pours were more than generous. The lunch at the Tuscan restaurant was great, including 2 starters and 2 pastas and of course, great wine. The tour was also great value for what we received in terms of the travel, wine and lunch. I look forward to returning to Italy and another wine tour with Tuscan Trails.

Once in a blue moon you get to have a experience that marks time in your life and you begin to realize that the event was beyond special...Last week I did so with my 23 year old daughter, my 24 year old son, his girlfriend and our Tuscan Trails guide... Todd...and thus the immediate need & desire to post this review!

The expections were high for this all day tour into a region I have read and heard so much about and never once was I disappointed...the first impression, the ride and set up of the day, the selected locations, the views, the landscape, the tastings, the lunch and it goes on and on..The stories and the laugher still are fresh... The casual yet incredible hospitable atmosphere is what one would desire in this type of adventure...As a small group we enjoyed the the leisurely benefits of feeling like we were actual guest of each of the vineyards and not just vistors...It's simply amazing we were in their homes and enjoying what they do daily...I am and always remain jealous of that lifestyle...I will return!

Thanks for marking the year 2010 so spectacularly for me and my family ...Tuscan Trails and especially you Todd!
