“Extraordinary Food, funky setting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2015 NEW

A Deli by day, a gastronomic experience by night. This 20 seat (all at a bar) presents fantastic food, from a small, ever changing menu. They are open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday only, and reservations are a must. Their ravioli stuffed with house made ricotta with truffles both in the cheese and on top, was the best ravioli I have ever eaten! The pork, cooked in pastry, with chard was also fantastico.

“Nice food-rude owner”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2015

Tasty ravioli with zucchini but local pasta pachi with meat sauce was too salty. The owner was rude when we stopped by to make a reservation.

“Fantastic Food. Stylish but not pretentious ”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 16, 2015

Homemade amazing Tuscan, Italian food in a sleek 20 seat bar service atmosphere. (Reminded me of a sushi bar) A large selection of wines. The menu changes daily based on what they have and make fresh. It is really, really fresh. I have an Italian mother-in-law, I mean born in Italy Italian, and I have never had pasta that tasted this good and fresh. From scratch, fresh, great tasting dishes at reasonable prices. We were a group of six and each had a pasta dish from the first course and shared four dishes from the second course. Everyone loved everything they had. Make a reservation.

“So good...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 15, 2015

Closed Wednesdays. This tiny restaurant is one of our favorites. The food is extraordinary. The dishes are seasonal but the pastas are always superb...much better than the usual Florence fare. Try truffle dishes or pear ravioli if available. Desserts are truly homemade.
The owners and staff are attentive, efficient, and friendly.

“Delightful Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2015

My husband and I enjoyed our dinner here. Both of us had a ricotta/pear ravioli appetizer which was very fresh and good. We had two different chicken dishes for our main entrees which were also tasty. The florentine cake was excellent. We felt the service was just ok. They had a chalkboard that had the choices of the evening written on it and the waiter(chef's son?) came over and explained the options. He did not have the most welcoming personality but the chef came out and she was much more receptive to her guests. Due to the fact that there is only one person waiting on the tables, it takes awhile to complete dinner. It seems it would be easier if they printed out the menu with English translations to make the service easier.
