Ristorante Anfora is located on an alley stairway off Corso Umberto with enough people walking by to people watch without feeling like you are in a fish bowl. Speaking of seafood I ordered the salted sea bream. It was brought to our table whole and the maitre de/chef/owner (not certain) filleted the fish using only a spoon. What an interesting technique. Made the dinner well worth the wait. Not salty, very moist and delicious. Next time I make fish I have to give it a try! Bravo.
