This restaurant was recommended by the owner's mother who owns and runs the b & b just across the bridge in Ortygia where we stayed. We had a lovely time. We ate outside and we were lucky to get there early because it became very full later and they were turning people away. So one tip is to book a table - especially at the weekend. The staff were very friendly and accommodating; the owner found us a table even though he could not find our original booking.
The food was absolutely delicious. The lamb was succulent and the dessert first class. It was however, quite expensive in comparison to other restaurants in the area, so it is more of a place to go for a real treat. Wonderful!!
