“3 Hour stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 27, 2012

We liked the set-up, modern, airy, easy to walk round, places to sit and rest, a plethora of exhibits , better than average translations into English of exhibit details. There museum is still being developed but we did regret the lack of any use of modern multi-media or interactive opportunities. This is definitely not a child-friendly museum.

“Very detailed museum”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2012

There's a lot of artifacts exhibited here, but they're not particularly well tied together to explain the history. There are English titles, though, and it's worth a look if you have the interest.

“Great but...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2012

It was just ok. The collections show a lot of artifacts found in Sicily and it is organized by region, but I have the feeling that it was focusing more on quantity. More history could have been told in English too. It was a bit repetitive.

“Interesting with some beautiful pieces”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2012

Some information was in English as well as Italian. The museum is small and can be seen in half a day. No real bookshop but friendly staff.
