“Divine”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2013

Thanks TA for suggesting this gem! We had reserved dinner there for our first night in Sicily, and after a very long day of traveling, after which our bags did not arrive, we were hungry, tired and cranky. Until a bottle of wine and the most beautiful plate of oysters, sardines, shrimp and sundried tomatoes arrived - YUM. And it just kept coming. We had to cut them off after the pasta course (possibly the most delicious pasta I've eaten). We went back the next night.

“Fine Dining”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012 via mobile

We took a group of about 16 to Apollian and had their fixed price menu. We had had a large lunch so we weren't real hungry and couldn't eat everything but all dishes were very good, especially the large grilled prawns. Very fresh seafood and good service. Would definitely go back

“Interesting twist, no menu, 6 fish courses of the chef's choosing - 35 Euros”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2012

Very pleasant spot in Syracuse. We love fish so gave this restaurant a go. We weren't disappointed. However be prepared for some raw fish. Our first course had oyster and raw langoustine. Absolutely delicious. Mind you six courses was a bit much for both of us.
We booked but it wasn't absolutely necessary, some parties just arrived on the night. We were there in October so probably not as busy as in high season. We would go again, but would take it easy on delicious breads available early in evening. Don't fill up early as the courses keep on coming.
Try it, you'll love it.

“Must eat here”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2012

Six courses, each of which would cost 15E elsewhere, for only 35E total, including wine. Lunch or supper. A real bargain. Freshest fish, delightfully prepared and served. You need to bring your biggest stomach because you will want to eat every bite.

“If you love fish, this is heaven”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2012

Tasting menu for 35 euros very good value as it includes wine, water, dessert and liqueur or coffee. No menu but six courses of beautifully cooked fish and seafood, served simply with herb bread.Take a big appetite with you. Service was efficient and friendly but book since it's very popular. Not the easiest place to find but well worth the trouble
