We stayed at this B&B for one night in January (even though we had a three night reservation) and will never stay here again! Don't be fooled by the website for the B&B which is very misleading! Guests share the very small apartment and amenities (i.e. bathroom, and "kitchen" not only with other guests but also the owners. All amenities are very rustic: no shower curtain and the kitchen stove is basically a camping stove. The website also states that laundry facilities are available. This amounts to the owner hand washing your clothes for a fee in the bathroom sink!

However, the major drawback to this accommodation is the surroundings. Although it is well located and very close to many of Palermo's attractions, the building is in disrepair and to quote the owner has "a few problem families." As we were leaving children from the above mentioned families would scream profanities at us. The interior "common areas" (i.e. stairways) are filthy and when we arrived at the hotel trash was strewn about the entrance way. The final straw is that the ally that leads to the entrance is a fecal mine field-Literally! It was covered in human and dog feces and smelled of urine. It was next to impossible to pull our suitcase down the street! This is probably the worst hotel you could stay in, especially when she charges 50Euros a night!
