We had lunch at this nice cafe/ restaurant. Limited menu but adequate. My husband had a good panini sandwich, and the nice waitress made me a terrific vegetarian plate with grilled zucchini, eggplant, and bruchetto brushed with olive oil and tomato. They also had potato chips. It's right arose the Grand Hotel Piazza Borsa. Palermo was pretty run down overall but this place us neat and refreshing.
