It sounds kind of boring to many people, but it is really a fascinating place. Very large and only recently reopened. Unfortunately not well maintained - so much garbage all over the place and the structure has birds roosting and dropping their.. er..."droppings" on these fabulous remnants of a bygone age. But for all that - really a must see in the middle of nowhere. Before or after have lunch at nearby Trattoria La Ruota. Terrific and friendly and spotless kitchen. Get the Melanzane. By the way - as with so many things in Italy - I do not believe that the exhibits are wheelchair accessible.
