Description: Excellent Siciliano food (e.g. seafood salad, mussels in zuppa) and real pizza that baked from traditional oven .... I have wonderful pictures ... can't wait to share more ... just a few minutes walk from the B&B nearby train & main bus station.

“Great food, excellent customer service: a must visit in Palermo”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

We ate here on our second night in Palermo. Ideally located between the central station and the seafront, the restaurant is hidden down a little side street. Upon entering the restaurant we asked to look at a menu; we were treated kindly and the waiter was helpful. The restaurant is bright and modern, with a traditional pizzeria feel and look. The menu is varied and well priced. We both ate pizza, both of which were delicious. The staff were very friendly and polite. We will definitely come back and eat here when we return to Palermo and would urge others to try it too!

“Great Restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2011

This restaurant was recommended by the staff at Dimora Annulina. Given we stayed close to the station this was a hidden gem and we ended up returning most evenings. Food in Palermo is very good and this was as good as any we tried. we showed up on a Saturday night without a reservation as where we planned to go was full and although they were also quite busy they found us a table in amongst a whole lot of locals celebrating a kids birthday...what a great experience!!!

“Authentic Siciliano food you shouldn't miss!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2011

This wonderful restaurant is not along the main street (Via Lincoln) yet we were so lucky to have found it when we walked from tourist spots back to our B&B. It is within walking distance if you stay at any hotel or B&B nearby the Palermo Centrale railway station. We love this restaurant coz the food is so delicious .. the Pizza freshly made from the brick oven .. the fresh seafood at an unbelievably inexpensive pricing (the tasty mussel costs only 5 Euro) .. the lovely desert ..... My husband & I love this restaurant so much that we went every night when we stayed in Palermo.

The restaurant manager was so nice and helpful although we were unable to communicate effectively (we don't speak Italian and they don't speak fluent English). By trying to understand each other, it was a good chance to experience the Sicily culture.

Tips: Many wonderful choices are not listed in the menu. Ask the restaurant manager what daily fresh stuff they have when you go ... or look around to see what other people are having.

We really love it so much that the morning we were leaving Palermo, we purposely went to buy a delicious pizza for lunch at the airport but it hadn't opened yet. We miss it so much and will definitely go again if we visit Palermo in the future.
