My husband and I had been traveling throughout Sicily and had a day in Catania before our flight back to the US the next day. While at the Katane Palace Hotel we signed up for a great gastronomic tour. The visit to the Pescheria was most interesting and the cooking demonstration of the four dinner courses expertly prepared and explained. We had a very delicious meal afterwards of encrusted tuna steaks which could be served in any gourmet restaurant in any city of the world.
