“Stylish and in a great location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 1, 2012

Stay here! A lovely boutique B&B in a great location in the centre of Cagliari. It's beautifully furnished with high ceilings, white decor, huge chandeliers, beautiful well-appointed bathrooms and is extremely clean and well maintained. We had a lovely little balcony overlooking the main street, and enjoyed pre-dinner drinks on the roof terrace, we found this to be a real bonus. We enjoyed breakfast at Cafe Anticco, a great cafe a couple of minutes walk away, such a busy little place with a real buzz to it. We also enjoyed a delicious evening meal here. Came here with my sisters for a long weekend break, thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

A lovely B&B in the heart of Cagliari, very near to sites and round the corner from the shops. Breakfast is served in Anticco Cafe just along the road, 6 euros for bread, croissants, juice and tea or coffee and if anything else is added this will be charged apart (not very expensively). This cafe opens all day and serves cocktails until 2 am and lovely chocolate. We did not eat here but the food looked very appetising!! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Room Tip: For the price I would go for the large room at the end of the corridor.

This is a great place to stay in Cagliari. You enter an old building through a heavy wooden door and ascend (stairs or lift) to a beautifully renovated property with high ceilings and wooden floors. Immaculately presented and tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. We had a little trouble heating our room up but it had been a particularly cold February and we found a blanket to put on the bed so it was not a big problem. It certainly would be beautifully cool in the summer, our room overlooked an internal courtyard with Moroccan style seating which would be a perfect place to relax after a busy day.
The room itself was lovely - comfortable bed, good lighting, spacious wardrobe, flatscreen tv, free wi-fi and excellent bathroom though again it had no heating in it so it got a bit chilly!
Breakfast is NOT included - if you just want a cappuccino and a brioche then don't purchase the vouchers for the local cafe - it's cheaper just to pay direct but they are probably good value if you want something more substantial.
It suited us perfectly for an overnight stay and we would certainly return.

Room Tip: Our internal room was very quiet, not sure if front ones would be noisy

This was a great location, being within easy walking distance (though hilly!) of both the port and the mediaeval city and cathedral. The B & B is in an old building, but is decorated in a very modern style. There are just 4 rooms, two of which have narrow balconies overlooking the street, and there is a little courtyard in the centre of the building which is great for sitting with a book, or having a drink before dinner. Bring your own, though, as there's no bar. We had to go to a nearby cafe for breakfast as there's no breakfast room on site, but this was quite interesting as the cafe, dating from 1881, had lots of character. The owners were very welcoming and helpful - all in all, a great stay.

Room Tip: The two rooms at the front have small balconies - not big enough for a table and chairs, but nice fo...

Cagliari in Sardinia is a wonderful city. We went with friends for a long weekend in Oct. The hotel was a great little find, right in the centre, and with only four double rooms, all en-suite,it was just perfect. The owners are just starting out,so we were pleasantly surprised with the beautifully decorated rooms and the wonderful welcome we recieved. Unfortunatly it does not have a breakfast room,so they provide vouchers for a local cafe with great atmosphere, where you can have breakfast, while you sit and watch the world go by,its just wonderful.
The hotel does however have a roof terrace, with tables and chairs, where we were able to sit, to have a pre-dinner drink, before going out to find a resturant (of which there are plenty) for the evening.
This was just a superb weekend, we would certaintly recommend.

Really like this b&b, the high ceilings, the decor and the personnel. It's spotless, despite being in the centre of Piazza I had an undisturbed rest, however I have found the it was a bit overpriced. Perhaps it was just my opinion, the location is very close to Piazza Yenne, for the evening, the restaurants nearby confeniently located and the breakfast caffeè only 3 mins walked down. thanks for your convenience and hospitalità.

For the Easter Holidays we flew over to Sardegna with our two kids.We were sincerely welcomed at the B&B. The owner called us to be sure we had wella arrived at the airport, and awaited us outside the B&B to offer us his parking space in de street. The B&B is beautifully located and decorated and well maintained. A huge bathroom. We had a great stay there for one night! (and the price was really great for the four of us!)
