We visited this new restaurant two times during our one week vacation in Alghero. First visit was near perfect and would have been given the excellent score from us. We sat at one of very few tables up on the wall of the old town. We overlooked the Mediteranian as the sun was setting. Our waitress was very informative and extremely enthusiastic. The Chef and staff performed excellent throughout the evenung. We had the starter ith local cheese, honey and garnish. We asked for a white wine to go with it and we were not disappointed. The veneing got better as the main dish of local fish arrived. It was made to perfection and went very well with the new wine that arrived with this dish, To top it off they served a wonderful tiramisu made with half cooked eggs to break down the protein. This made for a nice surprise since it digested nicely and did not sit like a rock in our stomachs. Near Perect.
The second night we came with a few more people and we got he same excellent service from a waiter in the main outdoor restaurant area. This was also a memorable night, but unfortunately there was a slight misunderstanding in regards to type of food. However minor, this means that we go from excellent to very good on the scoreboard.
All in all we can recomment this restaurant to anyone and you can expect one of the best food and service experiences in Sardinia.
