“Worth the climb to the top!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 13, 2013 via mobile

Only 1 euro to enter as museum closed. However great views and worth the visit. Quite a lot if restoration taking place.

“Nice views but thats about it”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

Some nice views of the city from here but the museum was closed so not much to it really. Was only €1 entry though so pretty good value.

“Worth a visit - not too much to see”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2013

We were glad we went here though felt there could be a little more information provided. You only see the actual building - it would be nice if there was at least a small area with a little museum/explanation of what happened there.

“Currently a must miss”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2013

Small park like setting. Museum is closed and has potential of being something to see. Right now there is basically nothing to see. They do have productions there so the stage (modern is set up). In fact the current charge is only one euro because it basically is closed. Even the restrooms are closed.
Until it reopens...take it off your must see list.

“A few remnants of a small roman theatre, museum closed”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2013

To call this a Roman theatre is hype because there is only very little left of what was once apparently a pretty small Theatre. Today, there are a few benches and bits of arches with a modern outdoor theatre inside. I was going to give it only one star until I found a very nice ammonite fossil in the limestone bench on the left side as you are siting looking at the stage, second row from bottom. The archaeological museum is closed so they only charged 1 euro for the theatre. Not very worthwhile, although it is probably a nice show venue.
