If you're spending a couple of days in Verona, first get a map from tourist office (invaluable), get a 2 day Verona card (15€). this allows you into about 18 attractions, including museums & churches. you can purchase them from the first attraction you visit & will save you money. EG, Giulietta house (6€), Torre Dei Lamberti(6€), the Arena (6€), Roman Theatre (4.50€) Total cost = 22.50€. Firstly if you want to visit Casa Di Giulietta (Juiletts house) GET THERE EARLY!!!!! it opens at 8:30, my wife and I arrived at 8:40 we were the only ones in the square, uniterupted views, great for photos, as only my wife was on the balcony. There was only three other copules when we left. We walked past in the afternoon, it was absolutly packed with coach & cruise parties. The views from the Torre Dei Lamberti is magnificent, well worth the 380 steps up (or lift if you're lazy). Everthing is within easy walking distance. The Arena is worth a visit, great views from the top. Although when we were there, there was a stage set up as concerts were on, so you couldn't see the whole beauty of the Arena, but it was nice to hear the concert from the Piazza Bra when eating at night. Note-if concerts are on visit the Arena by late morning. 10 to 15 mins from Giulettas house.
