We stayed three nights in the L'Usignolo room: Loft bedroom with comfortable king bed, sitting room with antique furniture and plasma TV. Large bathroom large shower head over the jacuzzi bath, heated towel rack, heavy terry clothe bath robes. Strong wifi in room. Extensive continental breakfast brought to your room on a cart then set up on a linen table clothe. Friendly and professional staff.

Stayed in the Il Germoglio room and it was great. The room has two floors, a bedroom and upstairs is a huge bathroom with a giant tub, shower and changing area. There is also a lovely terrace off the bathroom with some outdoor furniture. it was great to sit outside in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine.
The staff were very nice and helpful as well during our stay. The location does get a bit crowded in the courtyard being where Juliet's Balcony is located but they close it off at 7:30pm. Overall we were very happy.

Room Tip: The room on the 5th floor was actually nicer than Il Germoglio but both were great.

This was a short stay for which we needed a great location. The apartment was very comfortable and breakfast excellent. There was a certain kudos in entering Juliet's gate at the end of the evening. This hotel should be tried at least once if you are a frequent visitor to Verona.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Verona. The rooms are large and elegant with classic Italian decore. The staff are charming and helpful. They recommended and booked the most amazing restaurants for us to visit.
The courtyard is very busy during the day with tourists visitng Juliet and her balcony but at night it is quiet. Staff unlock the gates for you on your return making you feel very important and illiciting envious stares from those taking photos through the gates.
This is an excellent hotel to celebrate that special occasion. We stayed there for our 25th Wedding Anniversay and would definitely stay there again.

This is a truly amazing stay. The experience of staying in the famous courtyard is a must. The staff were wonderful and helpful and made us so welcome, it was very special.
The room was just perfect, everything you could ask for whilst staying in one of the most adorable cities in Italy. The room was elegant, spacious and just so beautiful. We stayed with our 5 year old daughter, and they made up a bed for her which was perfect, as I expect they usually only accommodate couples, being such a romantic residence.
Location was perfect for walking amongst the amazing piazzas and fantastic architecture, we have it on our list of places to return!

I dont give 5 star reviews very often. But this gorgeous boutique hotel is definitely worthy of one. It is in the perfect location in the heart of old town Verona. walking through the arch way, past all the love notes into the famous square where Juliet's balcony is and then past the red velvet rope into the hotel is just a lovely experience. The room was gorgeous with classical Italian furniture and a HUGE and very comfy bed. I think we paid extra to have a room with a view of Juliet's balcony (we booked so long ago I can't remember), and it was definitely worth it. The staff were so helpful and recommended a great local restaurant to us on our first night. The breakfast delivered to our room in the morning was an added bonus too - it is because they dont have a dining room but it felt like a treat to have my coffee in bed! There is nothing bad to say about this place. The only improvement I can suggest would be having tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Room Tip: we were in Il Mundo which had a partial view of the balcony. Is a bit noisy in the morning/day time...

Returned home today following a 4 night stay at this beautiful hotel in Verona. The hotel can be described as nothing other than gorgeous. The staff were welcoming and always helpful. The bedroom decorated to an extremely high standard, classic Italian style. Had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Was very nice to have breakfast served in our bedroom every morning. It was humourous to have the courtyard closed at night time and see all the other passers by and tourists staring in through the gates and asking to be let in to view Giuliett's balcony. Great location to be able to get about.
