We stayed here for a couple of nights in early September. We had a great travel agent who organized a water taxi to get us to the hotel so we didn't have to go through hoops and loops to find it while being tired from travelling. We thanked her greatly for this as being in Venice the first time, finding locations can be brutal.
The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was well supplied and the entire hotel clean. We lost power a couple of times through the nights but it didn't impact on any of our batteries not being charged in the mornings. The hotel is slightly away from the busy areas which is nice, not alot of noise.
