Other reviewers have used the word "exquisite", but it's an accurate description of the best pasta dish I've ever had, fresh light pasta with red mullet. Having passed by three times and failed to get in (in mid-February!) it was fourth time lucky, and we were not disappointed. This is an Enoteca and we're not oenophiles, but the waiter's recommendation, Valpolicella Ripasso 2008 was perfect. Late in the evening half the menu was finished, but we still had one of the best meals of our lives, certainly the best in Venice, and we were given complementary biscuits and wine instead of dessert.
