“I came to Italy to eat Italian food, not this tourist garbage !”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2014

Here, you will find not just the normal hideous tourist pizzas like ham and pineapple, but an array of concoctions that are a disgusting insult to Italian food, to the Italian nation, and to people like me who visit Italy to enjoy fine dining. Pizza with frankfurter sausages. Pizza with chips. And even a chicken curry pizza (really!). The restaurant should restore the Roman tradition of the vomitarium. I certainly needed a vomitarium just from looking at the menu. A crime against Italian food. To find this in Italy fills me with disgust. Truly vile.

“Very laid back”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2014

This is the only restaurant worth reviewing from this trip.
The food in all the restaurants has been excellent, including this one, however this was much more laid back- (service hilarious at times), and much cheaper both for the food and drinks.
An American couple did look at the menu, but walked on saying "suspiciously cheap" - in fact just as good as all the many alternatives we tried over a week so we ate here several times.

“Nice views and gluten-free food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2014

I went here after a recommendation for their homemade gluten-free lasagne. I have to say I was disappointed, because the lasagne was dry and didn't have any salad beside it. Service was good when I got there, but when it got busy the service was very slow. This place also had gluten-free tiramisu, which was nice, but not the best I had in Italy. However, since this is one of the few places in Venice with a gluten-free menu, I would recommend it for celiacs.

“Great Views”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2014

We arrived late in the evening in Venice and needed a quick meal. This was the perfect spot. Awesome views eating outside dockside with a view of another island. Very busy. Huge selection of pizzas. Both our pizzas were excellent. Our hotel did not recommend this place because they said it was more a fast food type pizza place, but that was not my impression. I think their pizza standard is higher than those of us that eat at US pizza chains! Would eat here again.

“Fabulous location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2014

Fantastic choice of pizzas - many Gluten free. Nice atmosphere and fast service. The pizzas were thin and flavoursome. Reasonably priced - but the view is to die for - right next to the canal and facing onto Guidecca
