5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2014

It was in a perfect location, the service fantastic and our room over looking the canal was big and beautiful. The best hotel that we stayed in for our whole holiday and would love to stay their again. Close to the Rialto Bridge, San Marco Square and restaurants. We ate in their restaurant on the recommendation of another guest and love it

Room Tip: Book a room over looking the canal its worth it

Stunning facility located in a perfect area between San Marco and Rialto, just a few minutes walk to each. The staff here are some of the best we have come across, going above and beyond to accomodate all of our requests, plus simple things like sending us glasses of prosseco once they realized we were on our honeymoon.

Breakfast included was sufficient consisting of a small buffet of meats, cheeses, pastries, etc plus some hot items to keep the Americans happy! The hotel restaurant is rated #1 restaurant in Venice on tripadvisor but we didnt have a chance to try it.

All in all, we could not reccomend this hotel enough, wish we had more time there!

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ai Reali for the past two nights as the start to our Italian vacation. They spoil us for any other place. The location is good - near Rialto but far enough away to be very quiet. The service is excellent - they could not do enough for us (we especially love Gianni at the front desk - funny & charming). Our room was exquisite - very large, with a sitting area and spacious bathroom. And very quiet - we slept off our jet lag with no problem.
We enjoyed drinks in their garden, breakfast in their lovely restaurant and look forward to visiting the spa when we can.
It's an oasis from the crowds of tourists, but close enough to anything you like. While I visited their spa and restaurant last year, I wasn't able to stay as a guest. I'm so happy I was able to this visit.

Room Tip: We love room 314 - rustic beams indicate it was an attic, but the rest of the room is pure luxury. A...

We got married in Venice and stayed here for 3 nights with our family. The hotel was perfect in every way. They couldn't do enough for us from booking private taxis, a gondola to take us to our wedding and our evening wedding reception in the restaurant

We were made to feel very special throughout our stay. Our suite was fabulous with views of the canal.

The hotel is ideally located being a 5 min walk to Rialto bridge and close to St Marks square.

I can't fault this hotel and hope to stay here again in the future.

I left my eye glasses in the room and emailed them about it. They were so helpful in returning it to me. They found them and mailed them to me in Rome.

-----

Just want to let you all know that am grateful for the kind and honest
service that you extended to me for forwarding my glasses to Rome.

I just got it this afternoon and am truly glad to receive it on time as
as I prepare to go back to the Philippines tomorrow afternoon.

Truly, Hotel Ai Reali made our vacation memorable, not only for the
prime apartment that we stayed at, but for you going the extra mile for your guests.

Outstanding!!, my husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and this hotel exceeded our expectations!. Excellent location, professional and friendly staff and our suite... oh our suite... it was an absolutely dream of luxury with a private Juliete balcony overlooking the water. They made us feel we were the most important guests in the hotel!!, They walked us to our room and received us with a delicious complementary Prosecco and dessert from the management. A short distance to everywhere!... We are 100% staying at the Ai Reali when we come back to Venice.

Room Tip: Any room will make you more than happy.. But if you are celebrating a special event, make sure to te...
