We spent a weekend here at the beginning of July. We had a quadruple room. It looked like a suite with the extra double bed in the sitting room area. It made the room cramped, but still okay. The primary bed was comfortable, but the extra bed felt like a sofa pull out bed. Our arrival was delayed until airport transfer options were limited. Buses, water buses and Alilaguna all closed. Therefore we took a land taxi (30 euros) to Piazza Roma and walked from there. A water taxi would have cost triple that amount and, as it turns out, would not have saved much walking. The hotel night receptionist, Lidio I think his name was, was fantastically helpful. I called when we arrived and he helped with the transfer options. He then gave us very good walking directions to Frari Church, where he came to meet us. This was about 2 a.m. The hotel has an arrangement with a particular glass factory in Murano. They provide a free, private water taxi to the factory. You tour the factory and buy if you want. It was not high pressure at all. Your return trip is up to you. The water buses are about 5 euros each. You can buy a 24 hour pass for 11 euros each and it includes land buses. It was a nice European hotel.
