This hotel was just fabulous. We couldn't have asked for better. It's situated just 10 minutes from Venice. There are very regular bus services to and from the city which cost 2 euro return. Brilliant. The small town of Mestre is a lovely little place in itself. It's a break from the very touristy Venice which gets very crowded.
Hotel was very modern. Rooms were a great size. Bathroom was very clean and shower was a lovel big walk in one. Breakfasts were delicious. Everything was fresh. Hotel is close to the Mestre train station which has trains going to every city in Rome.
We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Venice. Hotels in Venice itself looked grotty and dirty on the outside. It was very refreshing to find a nice modern building.

Excellent location close to Mestre train station. Only takes 10 minutes for the train to reach Venice main station. So it is an great location to plan your trip to Venice. I found Venice can be very crowed and it was a refreshing to get back to a lovely luxurious hotel. One word of advice... Venice is a labyrinth so make sure you take the ferry if you don’t like get to get lost!!

If you want something modern and not that expensive aroiund the area of Venice try The Laguna Palace at Mestre.it's a great hotel,loungy,friendly staff with knowledge of different languages,great rooms and bathroom,the breakfast buffet is just delicious!!And everything fresh!You can even sit outside next to the small yacht harbor.
And try the delicious Belini!

Good hotel with a confort room and clean bathroom. But, we found a cigar under our bed and when we ask the front desk to clean it they told us that there was nobody to do it!!!!!
