Our stay was from May 12 to May 14. We traveled by train from Rome and this hotel was perfect walking distance from the train station. It is down a narrow alley so watch carefully so you don't pass the street. It was me, my hubby, my sister, and my nephew in one room. My mom and dad in another room. My mom has knee problems so we booked her room directly through the hotel and requested a room on the ground floor. This hotel has no elevator. My dad who is very picky was happy as a clam in this hotel they had room 52 on the ground floor. The four of us shared the bigger room 103 on the first floor. Because the hotel is near a water bus station (we had a Venice card) it was very easy to get around the city. The hotel staff was friendly and made a great recommendation for dinner. I agree with another reviewer the cappuccinos were amazing. If you want a fancy hotel on the water this isn't the hotel. If you want a quiet, affordable hotel in a great location with a friendly staff this is your hotel. I would stay there again. I wish I could go back now.
