Great location, superb staff. By main bus stop for water bus, don't be put off as down side street as most hotels are, clean, ideal for exploring Venice, I would definately stay there again. Closie to bus drop off from airport and main shopping street

Stayed in this hotel for four nights as recommended on TA. I have been to Venice before but the rooms at this hotel are spacious. The room was very clean with a comfortable firm bed and cotton sheets and decent pillows. Continental breakfast was fine, a little more variety in cold meats would have been appreciated but the bread rolls were fresh and tasty. The only negative was the non-existant wifi. We tried every day to get a connection but to no avail.

Literally only two minutes walk from the Station. If this is your first trip to Venice, and you arrive by train, you will be very happy to know this hotel is only two minutes away. You walk down what you think is a very narrow alley, but as you walk through the rest of Venice, you realise it was really quite a large street! Hotel is well run, rooms are small but adequate (and certainly bigger than hotel rooms in London!). Breakfast included - small dining area, but again adequate.

Really appreciated the excellent service and warm welcome of all the staff at this hotel. It made my time in Venice very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and it even had English tv channels. WiFi is free in the rooms. The hotel is easy to find - 2 minutes from the train station and maybe just over 5 from the bus station. You can't get much easier in Venice. And I couldn't finish without mentioning the plentiful and scrumptious breakfast put on each morning by the lovely hotel owner. If I'm ever lucky enough to get back to Venice - I'll definitely be back to this hotel.

Room Tip: I choose a standard room and this was completely adequate. However I did see some of the superior ro...

This hotel is very close to the train station. We found it convenient that we just walked from the station to the hotel, not even a block. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we loved those warm bread and pastries!! Better prices at the stores and restaurants in this area than at Plaza San Marcos. The vaporettos are just a few steps away. Although you don't have to take them. We walked every day to Plaza San Marcos, it is not that far. I will highly recommend this hotel.

The room was large and could sleep 4 people in beds comfortably. Clean! Wonderful breakfast with lots of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful! They recommended this amazing restaurant 'Da Marisa' that was delicious and had a set menu (seafood that night, but they have a meat night too) for 35 euro per person. The only negatives were construction right outside our window early in the morning (which stopped by the afternoon) and the beds could use a mattress topper as I could feel the coils on my hips (I am a side sleeper). This location is away from the masses and really close to the train station!

Room Tip: Try to get one not over the entrance to the hotel
