Dear Travelers,
When I arrived to the hotel I was greeted by a very nice and professional gentleman. He took the time to make sure I knew exactly the different activities offered not only in the area of the hotel but practically all of Venice. After, he walked me to my room # 301 (which was very chic) and explained me all of the functions - the function of the velux and electric curtain as well as the function of the thermostat. The next morning, I walked to the breakfast room which was quite plentiful! I was then greeted by hotel manager, Catarina - she wanted to let me know that I could choose an upgraded room free of charge because the hotel wasn't fully booked! I was very surprised by this but I was shown two lovely superior rooms and switched on the spot to room #103. The next few mornings I decided to have breakfast in my room which was delivered by once again a very professional staff - they insisted on perfectly placing the breakfast in my eating area every morning. As you can see, I can continue to write ONLY GREAT things about this hotel!!! I HIGHLY HIGLY RECOMMEND staying at this establishment. Catarina and her team know how to make guests not only feel welcome but at home :-)
