That's all that needs to be said....doeant taste artificial like all the other places, pistachio us not bright green so that is usually a good indicator

Good authentic gelato, take it and eat it walking around.
This place gets some lofty praise, but the gelato just doesn't impress me. It's fine enough, and some flavors might be better than others, but we left disappointed. We would recommend at least two other places over this.
In many ways, this is a successfully marketed gelateria with a good story, but the story is better than the end results.
I had a lovely chocolate gelato and the wife had chocolate chip. Better than average.

I really appreciated that owner was very passionate about his ice creams and was able to make suggestions on what's suitable for vegetarians, eggless etc.
