Stayed at this place for 5 nights in June 2012. You have to check in at a different hotel around the corner, which was fine and we were given a very warm welcome. We were then taken to our room which was a a building 5mins away. All the rooms were up at least 1 flight of stairs. The room was lovely, very clean, had fridge, AC, TV and ensuite bathroom. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was included and at a bakery 2mins away. Vouchers were left in the room for the breakfast the next day when the room was cleaned each day. Breakfast consisted of a croissant, 2 bread rolls with a selection of butter and jams with a glass of orange juice and a cup of coffee. Had wifi in the room for free but it was a bit temperamental and would only work for 5 mins at a time, but not a massive problem as obviously did not come to venice to use internet constantly! Location of the hotel is ideal, easy walk to all major sights and also very near bus and train station for getting vaporetto/trains/buses. Room was cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed every other day. Overall had a great stay in venice and was sad to leave.

My first trip to Venice and enjoyed my stay at Venice Resorts. Excellent location and service. It was a little odd to have the reception elsewhere, but the young chap that helped us was very welcoming and friendly. Provided all the essentials we needed (like maps) with a few recommendations of good local places to dine/see/visit.

Cleanliness was generally good. Beds are made on a daily basis, but towels are changed every 3 days and every new check-in. All the info are stuck on the door (which we failed to notice)

Breakfast is served at a local cafe - lack of variety (but what we expected) / hot drinks were disappointing. The "juice" is more like squash.

Location is excellent. Very close to the waterbus/ train and bus station. Therefore it was easy to go everywhere!! As there were good transport links.

Would highly recommend this resort!

This place was beautiful and the staff lovely and very helpful. Great location! I would have given it all 5's but unfortunately the air con stopped working temporarily and the wi fi was constantly dropping in and out. Apart from this the trip was great and I would recommend this place to stay affordably in Venice.

I have stayed here twice now. The location is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend.
