This apartment is everything it claims to be and more. It is in a fantastic location. In the four nights we spent at there we walked everywhere and when we couldn't water transport was very close. As other reviewers have mentioned the apartment overlooks a canal and it is very quaint watching the gondolas go by. The apartment is extremely well equipped and Furio has been very thoughtful about what he provides for his guests. There is great wifi, a well equipped kitchen and a safe for you to put your valuables in. Furio met us as arranged and spent time orienting us and giving us tips about where to buy food - you will have to go a reasonable way, however, to find a supermarket with a range of goods although he will lead you to a small store and there is a slightly bigger one off San Stefano. We loved the apartment and would recommend it to anyone wanting the perfect location in Venice for their holiday.
