Yes it really is glam private dining and a glam (and quite epic )iPad menu. We opted for an advance booking of the private dining table overlooking the water which gave watch to a plethora of lovebirds and at times alarmingly large families being gondolered ( I know that's probably not a real word) around. The setting was ultra modern with the serenity of the water behind- recommended for a romantic meal to impress. Now for the menu- it may confuse some as it's too clever for its own good with the classical menu of starter and main being kicked to touch by taster size , medium and large. But go with it ...it actually works and may force the less risky of you to try something different like a salmon mousse Magnum (yes the ice lolly)ora 3 day slow cooked Argentinian smoked beef joint. This is a menu that if simplified into the best dishes would probably be considered for a Michelin Star and has true character with its setting and the menu. The service was exceptional as was the Vodka Caviar ( another original) . I would love to see the menu simplified when the chef is confidant in which dishes are the best but in the meantime I would recommend that you try and enjoy a unique treat in the heart of Venice.
