Our hotel recommended this restaurant, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. Located in a small backstreet with a few tables outside, and as is often the case in Venice, there was a distinct smell of sewage. We ordered a starter that took quite some time to get, but for the main course, we had to wait an hour. When we were finally served, our mixed seafood dish tasted mostly salt and not very good. The waiter told us that the chef had had an accident with the knife, and that was the reason it had taken such a long time. However, tables with people arriving after us got their food before we did. Not a place we would like to visit again.
