This hotel was wonderful. The décor was charming and inviting. It had a nice, big sitting area with a fireplace which is very cozy. The reception was very friendly. Their shuttle service was excellent – they were available for pick up and drop off to ski lift at any time, just a phone call away. We used their spa, which was small but nice – a whirpool, sauna, and resting area – very nice after a day of skiing. We did not know that our rate included dinner so we missed it the first night. The second night we had dinner and it was absolutely wonderful – from appetizer to entrée to dessert. We highly recommend to eat there. Breakfast was also included and it was great – a broad variety of great quality breads, homemade cakes, cold cuts, assorted fruits and juices. The location was good, about 5 blocks from start to main town street. We highly recommend this hotel.

Some of the rooms are quite small.
You not always get what has been agreed when making the reservation.
The internet is not free and has very poor signal.
The Jacuzzi was not in operation
Food was good.
Breakfast is rather poor and has a limited choice. Not in line with a 4* hotel.
The Bar does miss the atmosphere and is not inviting to stay.
The shuttle service to the ski slopes is well organized.
Not in the city but on a short walk to the city center.
I think you should get more for the room rate you pay.

We stayed here for a week's skiing with our small child (2.5) and my mother-in-law and loved it.

It is a small, family-run hotel and it clearly shows as the staff are caring, helpful and welcoming.

Open, spacious dining room with great food and attentive service.

The rooms are a little small and fairly sparsely furnished, but certainly comfortable.

For a skiing hotel, we were disappointed to have no ski room with drying facilities for boots, etc. - but this can be forgiven.

We would go back.

We can recommend Villa Novecento to people who appreciate a good ambience, food and atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. The chef produced excellent food which included local specialties, well supplemented with a wine list that covered the region as the rest of Italy. Rooms were always nicely prepared and the use of a steam room was much appreciated after a day of skiing. On cold days, a cooked breakfast would have been a benefit. Hotel management run a tight ship, and while always friendly, can appear a bit too professional and commercial.
