First of all Bolzano is a fantastic town worth visiting, and I strongly urge you to stop by Anita for lunch. We went there twice last week (Easter 2013). The pasta is superb (my wife recommends the gnocchi with truffle sauce, I recommend the penne arrabiata) The place has a superb atmosphere ... the walls in the back room are covered in wood. Charming. More importantly, the service is outstanding ...four local women juggle plates and multiple languages with aplomb. My children say that the tiramisu was excellent. The house wine is excellent. The beer (Hacker Pschorr) is also a nice surprise. The wait is worth it ... just stand at the bar and enjoy an aperitif.
