This hotel is listed as one of the Small Luxury Hotels in the guidebook but in my opinion is nowhere near that standard. Recently stayed for 2 nights in a very ordinary so called superior room - small with basic furniture.
Staff were OK but only answered queries if you asked them for advice.
The lady serving the breakfast looked very miserable and the food would be OK if you ate at 7:30am otherwise it became stale with brown fruit salad and cold scrambled eggs !!
The best thing about the hotel is its central location but there are other better hotels in the City Centre.
