“Friendly and perfect to visit Turin”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2011

A warm welcome when we stepped into the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is very central and has easy access to the duomo, piazza republicca, the shops...An original breakfast room with a very large square table which everyone can share. We would definitely return.

We like this hotel very much. The position was brilliant, just 2 minutes to a tram stop/tourist bus stop & round the corner from the main square.
The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious, modern, comfortable & clean, with a shared balcony overlooking the street. The air con was very good too.
The breakfast was very good, although the hot food was just warm, mainly because its a buffet I suppose. The large table idea was good, but the 2 mornings we were there, it was quiet.
The only downside was the parking which although secure, was difficult to find & very expensive at 30 euros per day (large car), and we had to leave keys with them which we didn't like!

Nice big room, separate area with desk etc. But the lack of decoration means it is stark and there's no atmosphere to speak of in the hotel. The bar area near the reception desk was completely deserted and even though we thought of asking for a beer, I have doubts anyone would have come to serve us anyway. There's also another area nearby with armchairs etc. Again, completely deserted. And there's an outdoor terrace on the first floor, complete with unused tables. I suppose I just don't understand what it's all meant to be about.......

We weren't too keen on the breakfast room set-up either. We were pleased to be down there early, as otherwise we'd have had to sit round the big table with everyone else. And it's not like we'd have got to know any of them from other parts of the hotel........since they're all deserted!

One last thing: the room was at the front and was terribly noisy. We were woken at 4am by delivery lorries or rubbish collection.

We wouldn't go back.

Modern, design, clean, 4* boutique hotel in the best touristic area of Torino, 3 min walk from the Palazzo Reale. Nice rooms, business type. We had the Room # 309 with view over the interior patio, quiet. The bathroom had a double shower, quiet fun, modern design, very clean, good hairdresser, bathrobe.
We paid very cheap price with breakfast included, but in August it is a low season. parking is independant, 3 blocks from there at 25€/ night. The entrance and lounge area is not very nice, needs more effort on decoration and sofas. Service is good and helpful, they recommended us a very nice restaurant.

We were here for 2 nights in July of 2011. The location of the hotel is great although parking is VERY difficult if you are not familiar with how to do it. I'm still not sure how it was supposed to work, but we drove around a few times (down a pedestrian-only street) and finally found a lot to park in. I would recommend looking for parking when you know you are NEAR the hotel and then just parking and finding the hotel.

The room we had was great. It was 119 euros per night for a junior suite. We had a sitting area, a nice bedroom area, a large closet, and a very nice bathroom. It was very modern and very clean. The room was also very quiet.

Our rate included breakfast which was great. It was at a communal table near the lobby. Breakfast included breads, croissants, eggs (a nice treat!), yogurt, fruit salad (fresh!), and some more items. It was a great breakfast and nice to have it included.

We also remarked to the staff that it was our honeymoon and were treated to a great bottle of wine in our room! It was a very special treat.

I would highly recommend this hotel for people looking to stay in the center of Turin. The location can't be beat. The hotel is very nice and it seems like a very good value as well.

Excellent hotel with nice rooms, good service and yummy breakfast. Good location for a shopping trip and/or sightseeing.
We only stayed one night and were not happy to leave already. Also the nice lady at the reception gave us a little discount on our room and helped us with the complicated parking system in the city. Service at breakfast was excellent too, always with a smile and made the morning much more convienient.
