“great place to stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 17, 2006

they have 2 hotels as long as i know. i stayed at the one near delle alpi stadium. only minus is it's a little bit away from the city centre (20 minutes by bus) the location seems to be quiet and safe. the hotel is worth the price, extremely clean and comfortable. the staff and the reception desk is extremely helpfull. i was there for a gig near mazda palace and i found all the maps, sattelite photos and bus/tram maps prepared before my check in. it was really cool. i would stay out there with pleasure again. highly recommended

4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2004

I came to the 3-star Residenza delle Alpi in May 2004 in search of a hotel to stay near the Stadio delle Alpi for a Juventus match. The hotel is really more of a series of renovated apartments -- complete with TV, large and equipped kitchen, perhaps the largest patio/deck I've ever had at a hotel, and an enormous amount of space.

On the negative side, it's not in a particularly interesting neighborhood (save for its proximity to the Stadio delle Alpi) but it is a quick drive to downtown Torino. Secure parking is provided.

For the price (it cost us EUR95 a night), it's an excellent place for an affordable stay in the area -- and you can tell it's being set up for extended stay use at the Torino 2006 Olympics. Recommended.
