Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Nice, welcoming, staff. Very helpful with our many questions. The room was remodeled and the bath was laid out nicely and the bed was very comfortable. Room wasn't huge, but it was fine. Hotel seemed a little warm, even though the outside temp was cool. Kept the windows open and took care of it. Very quiet rooms as well. Coffee was good, but breakfast buffet was a little weak. Not much selection and they often ran out of things. But, I would stay there again as it seemed quite convenient to a lot of things. Walled to shopping and restaurants easily.

We wre pleasantly surprised with our stay at this hotel. Its directly opposite Porta Nuova train station. Rooms were very nicely furnished (we had a triple), clean, quiet and the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was really really good as previously described on TA. Staff were pleasant and helpful with directions. We had a good off season rate (prior to the Olympics) and would definitely stay there again for the same price.

I stayed here on business 2 nights - nice room, recently redone - high speed internet that works - good A/C - well insulated rooms - station area is really nice - walk up the porticoed streets to great cafes etc. Very personable and helpful service. SO much nicer than a huge hotel. Coming back in September without hesitation!

This hotel is smart, clean and elegantly furnished and very convenient. It is literally across the road from the Station Porta Nuova which is very convenient. There is no problem related to train noise etc. and the area around the station is not at all 'rough', and quite safe and peaceful.
It is only a 5 minute walk to the central chic cafe/ shopping area.
