“Great location, clean and reasonable. What more do you need?”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 weeks ago

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this hotel last week for 4 nights and had a wonderful trip. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the hotel is in a very good location. I generally don't like to stay near a train station but it worked out much better than I expected. The proximity to the station was very convenient with a toddler and a lot of bags! It wasn't at all grubby or seedy like hotels can be when near a bus or train station. I felt very safe and the hotel was also in the perfect spot to get to the city's main piazzas. It was pretty brilliant! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, had air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. It even had a nice big tub to give my daughter baths in. The breakfast was lovely and I would definitely stay there again. It's very reasonable as well. The only issue that some people might have is noise. You can hear people dining and walking outside but I have a noise machine app on my phone that took care of that problem! My husband snores so I use it every night... It's a free easy solution for people that are sensitive.

I just finished up a 3 night stay at this hotel. It was booked by the people I was visiting for work. It is right near the main train station in Turin and it is very central in the city. So the location is very good if you are interested in visiting the centre. However, it is Italy so there will always be people out and about in the evenings with noise going on. This was around a holiday in Piedmont so it was especially busy at night, but the noise didn't bother me for going to sleep. My room was right beside their bright blue neon hotel sign, but fortunately, Italy often has the blinds that block out most of the light, so it didn't disturb me at all.

The reception is friendly and speak English. No restaurant on site, but you won't need it with all of the great food available in the city. I actually can't comment on the value since the people I was visiting paid for the hotel for me.

The room was quite big, especially the bathroom. The bed was nice. At this time of year, Turin is quite hot, so they only had light sheets, which I found a little too light if you have the air conditioning on low for the night. There is free wifi which works quite well. Breakfast was ok and a standard hotel spread (but to be honest, I only ate there once since I always ate way too much at dinner with all of the great Italian food in Turin so wasn't hungry in the mornings usually).

So for the time I got to spend in the hotel, I can recommend it. It's not too fancy, which I generally prefer. It is a solid, reliable and clean hotel in a good location which is what most people look for when visiting a city.

This hotel is in a good, central position, less than ten minutes' walk from the airport bus stop (every 15 minutes), but was a bit difficult to find as the passage where it is situated doesn’t show on the city map.
Friendly and helpful staff. To reach the lift you have to get up some stairs, which may prove difficult if you've got heavy luggage. The lift is very small, 2 people max….
Our room was restored and quite big, with a small sitting area. The bathroom had a window which was a big plus.
The floor creaked - new cover on old floor?
Plenty of space for clothes, which is not that common.
Breakfast: not ample but sufficient.
The hotel is well worth its price…

Clean rooms helpful staff and breakfast is not bad either. Good value in my opinion. Already thinking of another trip to Italy and will definitely stay here again !!!!! Less than a 5 minute walk from main railway station.

I booked this hotel as a sleepover for my onward trip to Florence from Paris. It was a good choice for this. It is close to the train station near a piazza. The hotel was well lit in a dark street. Well lit signage is a thumbs up for me. I received a very warm welcome and was referred to by name before sharing my name. This was a nice touch - they were expecting me. My room was a little small and basic but inviting. Free WiFi is always a plus for me - this came with the room. I did not have the breakfast as I was in a hurry to continue my journey. I received a parting hotel gift which was also a nice touch. Given that my stay was very short, it met my needs for this purpose.

The hotel met my expectations, without exceeding them. Room walls were a bit thin, and the airco was not working while it was very hot. The location on the other hand was nice, breakfast was acceptable and staff was friendly and helpfull. For people going on a city trip to Turin, just to sleep in a clean hotel, this is a good choice.
