Dining out is problematic with gluten sensitivity. Not only was the staff conversant they also have an annotated menu that details the preparation of each offering. The owner, Alessandra, offered to substitute gluten free pastas for the regular items, "No problem". That being said, the food and service were superior. The menu is characterized by deep and creative offerings in each category and shared plates were prepared with no fuss. Carafes of house wine were available for very reasonable prices. The bottle list is extensive and equals offerings in much larger establishments. Happy, you bet. Gonna go back? Yep, tonight. We made reservations as we left!
