This place might have good potentials. At the time of my visit, they were totally unexpressed.
The ambience is potentially nice, at least the dining room arranged as an old train coach (the others are ordinary ones). But the room was sadly half-empty, and the atmosphere was lying down in the dumps.
The menu is potentially original, with interesting international meat selections. But the list was written just like a menu of an ordinary take-away pizza in the Eighties. Lack of experience and passion.
The service is potentially kind and available, but I received some questionable suggestions.
The food is potentially peculiar and cuisine aims to be innovative (for the area), but the result was just eatable, without any additinal passion. We had vaca grasa (Spanish) and some local meat. Eatable, not enticing.
On top of that, the wine list is not adequate for the food.
But the final bill is honest, and prices are reasonable.
If it happens to visit them again, I hope to see things improving. I liked their idea, I hope they will implement it (much) better.
