“Decent Indian food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2012

Saturday night dinner with friends, place is cozy and well located in one of Milan nightlife areas.
They serve quite decent northern Indian food, price is ok (25 € each drinking beer), service is quite fast. Overall a good choice.

“Disappointing”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2012

Other review site rated this as the best Indian restaurant in Milano I'm not sure the food had anything at all to do with India. a total lack of flavouring and spices suggests to much "adaption" for the Italian market has been made and all originality has been lost. When I asked for some heat in my curry it was covered in Tabasco, how many Indians use a Mexican liquid to spice up their curries?

“Good food, cramped spaces”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

I ate here with my husband a few days ago to make a change from the Taj Mahal where we usually go. Although the food was very good and there was plenty of choice, the atmosphere was a little too lively for my tastes. We arrived just before 9pm and the place was almost full. As time went on, it got noisier and noisier. The reason seemed to be more to do with the layout of the restaurant than with the type of diners (mostly couples). The tables were very close together so there was little privacy and the number of people crowded into a small space meant that the noise level went up.

The price was quite reasonable (47 euros for 2 main courses, rice, naan, beer and water). Pity there were no traditional onion bahjis - a personal favourite of mine.

At weekends it's probably best to book ahead. Check the website to see the menu beforehand.

“Average food... good ambiance... excellent serving staff”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2012

I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant with Indian instrumental music. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is average, snacks are better. You can find Indian beer (Kingfisher) and Indian rum (Old Monk) at this place. Overall, good Indian restaurant with average food and prices.
