“Modern and Clean”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2011

Stayed as part of a work trip, its very modern and quite cool in the reception area. Very helpful staff, I can't comment too much on the location as I don't know so much about Milan, but is better situated to public transport than previous hotels I have stayed at in Milan. Rooms are large and clean, keeping the design theme going but my one grouch would be that they could keep them better maintained, I had paint peeling away on parts of the wall which ruined a little what would be a great business stay at a decent, good valued hotel.
Room service food is also very good quality and usefully the internet is available by the hour if needed, rather than most hotels which charge what can be quite expensive fees for a daily rate as there only option.

We booked this hotel via LastMinute.com where it was advertised as a city centre hotel. We were horrified when we saw where the hotel actually is, and this horror was compounded by the reviews on trip-advisor.

Fortunately the hotel was nothing like the negative reviews had lead us to expect.

Yes it is out a bit. But the metro is a short walk away and brings one to the city centre in about 4 stops (about 7min). There is also a Tram stop nearby - the 14 goes to the city centre and this stop is nearer than the Metro. And the infamous Graffiti bridge was disappointingly normal looking.

The hotel itself was great. It is a very stylish spot and the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The communal areas are quirky but comfortable.

The breakfast was great, with all tastes catered for - and the prosecco is a great touch!

There are some good restaurants locally. GSTF for lunch, and Boccino for dinner. Both are also on Via Tortona, towards the metro and are patronised almost exclusively by locals.

The hotel is very fashionable, very innovative and quite OK in all terms. The buffet breakfast is very good, parking is free of charge, everything is clean and tidy. Truly, no remarks at all.

The only downside is location. It is a 20 minute taxi drive from the town centre. So if you are sightseeing and shopping, this might be a bit too far away to come and relax and drop off your bags...

I stayed her for a conference. The decor of the public areas is a bit louche - low lighting, pictures of naked ladies, etc. - but the rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable. Big bathroom with a good shower, comfortable bed and nice sheets. Breakfast was good. Service was friendly and attentive, in the restaurant, the bar and at the front desk. Room service was good and pasta tasty, if a little expensive. Location is a bit out of the way. I would definitely stay again.

I've stayed in the NHow a couple of times. The design in an old industrial building is great, high ceilings and somehow a loft feeling. Interesting art exhibited. The rooms could be more spacious and offer more room for storage. The breakfast buffet is ok but in the evening, the restaurant is fairly average.

If you go to Milano Nhow could seem a good choice but thr hotel is abit out of the way, even if the area is getting trendy and is at a walking distance from the metro station..Rooms are ok but uninspiring and showers a bit messy.Breakfast is good and overall staff is ok..Nevertheless when I asked for an extra shampoo I was aske my room number?Who knows why..The worst part was the terrible noise..There was a party with loud live music just under the room window..Till 3 am...

This is a really cool and funky hotel. The service was polite and friendly, from checkin to checkout. The bar is a hip place, and I enjoyed the Happy Hour! Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. The room was well equipped, if a little dark for me, but fun. The knock marks on the wall were a shame because they show uip badly against the paintwork, but it was very clean and the bed was comfy.
All in all, a great stay.
