We stayed at the Marzo Hotel for a long weekend and chose it due to its very reasonable price in a very expensive city.
The rooms were small and basic but were very clean and did everything we needed it to. Breakfast again was basic but as it was included in the price thought it was very reasonable.
A 20 min walk to the centre of town or buses and trams run from right outside (although these are actually quite slow anyway).
The best feature of the hotel has to be the staff. When we checked in we were given a map and shown all the important locations and through out our stay we were treated extremely well, we were even walked pretty much to the tram stop when we asked where it was and were even offered a bottle of wine on departing.
Our only small issue was that the cleaners do start their rounds early and from 7am we could hear their hoover's and moving furniture around although as we did get up early anyway, this didn't bother us too much.
All in all a great little place to stay if you need to keep the costs down a bit and although it might not be exactly how their professional pictures look, I would still thoroughly recommend.
