I needed a place to stay on the New Year's Eve and it's the only hostel that was under 20euro/day (before ~3days before check-in).
It's near Politechnico di Milano and easy to to found. The hostel is clean and quite new. You have to pay a deposit of 20eu/person for curtain and pillow, which you get back when checking out.
The room is small and there were beds and lockers. Each area has a common bathroom, restroom and kitchen. Additional services like printing A4 (1euro/page -- quite expensive though), washing, etc are provided with charges.
In a nutshell, this hostel is a good choice for budget one. Given it offers a good price (I book at 11euro/day), I'll come back here when I need somewhere to stay in Milan.
