“A local surprise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2013

My husband had walked past this inviting restaurant which is not too far from where we lived. Last night we enjoyed a delicious meal based on the cuisine of Tuscany. We shared an appetizer of baccala, which was served chilled mixed with a light mayonnaise. A great light start to the meal. For mains I enjoyed a delicious Tuscan style beef stew and my husband almost licked the plate after finishing his seafood casserole. Great side dishes of cannelini beans and lightly fried cabbage. We shared a homemade shortbread style tart covered with creme angilse and pine nuts. Wonderfully friendly service with genuine concern to ensure that we enjoyed our meal. It was very reasonably priced and we both agreed it was the best meal we've enjoyed since moving to Milan 6 months ago. Thank you Luigi, we will return.

“Great quality but for a price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013

I'd say it's quite expesive but it's also really worth it. The food is well done and perfectly served. The service is better than in most Italian places (no 20 minutes wait for the receipt :-))
