“Okay but could have been better”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2013

We were visiting Milan with two of our sons as part of a planned trip to the Monza grand prix. A trip to the San Siro seemed a good choice for these sporting fans, with a previous visit to Nou Camp in Barcelona having been a first class experience.
A trip on the Metro and a 25 minute walk found us part of a small group of committed visitors who had made the trek to a largely deserted stadium in an industrial looking area on the City limits. There is a small museum to wander around before being brought to order for our tour by our guide. The tour lasted less than an hour and was fairly limited in terms of the access it provided to the stadium and behind the scenes areas. The guide imparted some interesting facts but she did rush the tour and gave the impression that she wanted to get it over as soon as possible. There is a small shop in a separate unit which can be visited after the tour.
Best avoid unless you are a dedicated football fan!

“Fascinating”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013

We took the tour for 12 euros each after managing to find our way there from Central Milan on public transport. The tour began in the museum, which was interesting although quite small. The stadium itself was fabulous, the sheer scale breath-taking. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and the whole aspect of two clubs sharing a stadium gave a new dimension to this stadium tour. The tour was in both English and Italian. We visited both teams' changing rooms. Lots of photo opportunities. I have only been to a couple of other football stadium tours but this compared well. The gift shop was very pricey! Definitely recommended and made a change from all the cultural and historic sight-seeing opportunities there are in Milan.

“Nice guided tour, but poor museum”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 7, 2013

I haven't visited stadiums for a tour a lot, but comparing to Barcelona's Camp Nou, museum in San Siro is rubbish.
It's like a small installation in the school made by pupils for their parents.

There's also a guided tour that's included into the ticket price, and it was quite good and interesting.

“Good tour, shame about the stage on the pitch!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2013

Always wanted to visit this iconic stadium, and it truly is an impressive structure. Got there paid around €12 which wasn't bad. Had a look in the museum which was a bit of a disappointment as none of the artifacts were labelled and i was keen to find out more about both clubs history. The tour started shortly after, the guide was exceptional very knowledgeable let us have a look in all sorts of places, just a real shame there was a concert the next day at the san siro as you couldn't really get a sense of what the atmosphere could be like and seeing the beautiful pitch.

“Great Tour!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

We drove 2 hours to the San Siro from Lake Garda, well worth the trip to see my sons face when he saw the stadium and AC & Inters separate changing rooms. Well worth the visit.
